Maine Gandhi ko nahi maara

The strangest part of human body is mind. Scientists have spent so many years to explain its working.
But still we have not been able to understand even "abc" of mind's language. Mental problems are even more
difficult to understand. Small innocuous incident in our lives can serve as a trigger for a major
mental problem. This is what movie "Maine Gandhi ko nahi maara" deals with. Beacuse of one childhood game the
protganist of the movie starts to believe that he has killed Gandhi accidently. The role has been beautifully
prtrayed by Anupam Kher. There are a few questions that movie raises and are intersting to ponder about.

1. How good are our medical advancements to deal with such mental problems?
2. What can family of such a patient do? Is mental institution a good solution?

P.S. I know this sounds very serious. But the idea that while we are running to
achieve "bigger" things in life, one small innocuous incident can turn my life upside down really scared me.

Those childhood days and innocent jokes

Remember those childhood days when we used to laugh at every joke that we used to hear.. It was fun.. Jokes which today make little sense.... Jokes which were innocent cute ... reflected what our minds were .. innocent .. free of worry ..free of complications of life.. It may sound strange .. but I still laugh at these jokes.

One unfinished story

The prince was really worried. He had never imagined that this could happen. He had looked at every place he could. He had even searched the trees behind the river where she used to go when she really wanted to be alone. But she was no where. How can anyone living could just vanish. Tears started to fall down from his eyes. He was missing her. Tired of searching he decided to go back to home. On his way back he started hearing her voice. Yes it was her; he could identify her voice among thousands of people. But he knew it was his mind that was playing with him. Sometimes when we want something really badly our mind starts conjuring that thing.

It was getting late. His home was still very far. He realized that it would not be possible for him to reach home tonight. He decided to spend his night on the midway. The prince was smiling. He always smiled when she played her little pranks with him. This time she tried to push him into the river, but he got aside just at the right moment. She was running away from him. He had hurt her feelings. Anger is the worst enemy of man. A lot of fights can be avoided if we control our anger at the right time. He could not control it. When he realized what he had said he really felt sorry. He went after her. You can never be very angry from the person you love. Princess forgave him. She is so beautiful; every corner of his mind was filled only with this thought. He was instantly in love with her. Birds started chirping. He woke up from his sleep. His sleeps were like that, full of her dreams. A lot of things have changed since he first met her.
